Overview
Adelo provides a workforce platform to healthcare organizations. This policy describes, in plain terms, how information is handled. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Information we process
Adelo processes the workforce information organizations choose to manage in the platform — such as employee profiles, schedules, attendance, training, credentials, requests, and communication — under the direction of the organization.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the platform's features to the organization and its authorized users. Adelo is designed around data minimization and role-based access.
Data access & security
Access is controlled by role. See the Security page for how authentication, authorization, and privacy-conscious design are approached.
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service to the organization, or as required by the organization's agreement. (Confirm retention terms with counsel.)
Your choices
Individuals should direct requests about their information to their employing organization, which controls the data in Adelo.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be directed to the placeholder contact below until a formal address is published.
